This bread makes giving up carbs very easy. Sometimes you want a sandwich or some toast or even better peanut butter and Jelly. Or a bagel with when burnt. the good cream cheese with my eggs and bacon. Crispy and crunchy when toasted and even better when burnt. And you don't get a craving for more when you eat it. Order for two people, every three weeks.

No flavor and one was green mold. Another bag had no flavor

First, this is probably more 3.5 or 4 stars. It has been probably 3 years since I had the pleasure of eating a piece of toast or eating a real sandwich and I really missed toast. I use CarbQuick for low carb biscuits (which are fantastic) but the flour didn't turn out so well in the bread machine. Found this bread by accident and bought it based on reviews. First, the flavor is good (especially the everything) although slightly more bland than usual bread (probably lack of sugar) however, the texture is awesome. The slices are a little small yet big enough to make a decent sandwich or a couple pieces of toast. Being able to toast a slice and add butter and cream cheese was the best treat in a long time. I almost had tears of joy while taking a bite. For myself, there is a blood sugar impact after a couple hours. Not terrible but does require some minimal correction. I also can only eat two slices or will have a bigger problem. I could probably get away with just one slice and not have to correct but where is the fun in that? That is the only reason for taking a star or two away. This may not be an issue with everyone though since many of us react differently to various ingredients. The bread is good, tastes great with any number of toppings and make awesome sandwiches. Kind of bland without a topping though. Yay for toast again!! Update 4/9/15: Turns out the primary issue for me is related to insulin resistance. I have been battling that for quite some time using Symlin+Invokana. I thought it was under control but turns out the resistance had come back. Once I figured that out, I was able to correct and now can enjoy an entire sandwich (like grilled cheese or peanut butter and jelly) with little issue. There is still a slight blood sugar impact but very minimal. The bread and bagels are awesome and I am SO GLAD to have come across it on Amazon. Loved it so much I checked out "Linda'sDietDelites" website which has a TON of low carb, sugar free options at reasonable prices.

This bread is the only bread I eat. It has a better taste than any other Keto bread. It is my toast every morning. The texture is firm and great for sandwiches.

I got the everything bread, not just for its lower calories/carbs, but also the protein content. All in all, not worth it. I would rather just have regular multi seed bread but have less of it. The texture is really spongy, and feels very chewy. I can understand why keto dieters would like it, especially if you can mask the texture with a load of cheese, but for folks just looking for a healthier low calorie version, I’d say this isn’t worth the taste or the price.

I ordered five loaves of bread and bagels. One shows mold on the end piece. concerned about the rest, looking thru every slice for mold??? Was concerned on delivery time and mold with ordering bread online, but gave it a shot.. Can you buy this bread at a chain grocery store, that might sell it frozen? Mold does not work for me as much as I'm trying to watch carbs, now I'm watching for mold. Taste ok but for the price i need faster delivery, overnight night is way too expensive to Colorado. I Wish large chain grocery stores carried this product.

i love this product. it has more flavor then i expected. my very specular husband loves it too the texture taste. this product we give it a 10 its got it all even better low calorie and zero carbs i can have 2 pieces fits perfectly with my diet plan
