The Michelin Green Guides are the greatest tourist guides on the market. Why? Star rated guides for sites so you don't waste your time on historic sites that are not that important; Color coded sections for ease of use; Numerous Clear maps that are easy to follow; Clear type setting in the text; and its size makes it portable so you can take it with you as you visit. Don't waste your money on other books. Get this one, I am glad I did.

Michelin Green Guides are helpful in preparation for a trip, and are useful in recapturing the details of various sights. This particular guide covers all the details, and provides historical perspective for each location. I have relied on these guides in preference to those that claim to provide assorted 'inside tips' as those bits change with the seasons (not to mention the years), but the reasons for visiting Greece seldom change, whatever your motivation.

I like the way the book is organized; concise descriptions; good maps and pictures. It doesn't weigh a lot so is easy to take with you

I've always been a fan of the Green guidebooks. They are packed with practical and historical information! I prefer that they focus on the sites, and not shopping, hotels and restaurants.

The guide provides useful information and maps. Some of the chapters (e.g. Rhodes) are poorly written. They don't give you an overview of the places and you can't find attractions described in the text on the maps supplied.

I have also Michelin Green Guide Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria. Is the best Guide of all, because the most important historicalsights, views, landscapes or citys are classify one stars: ***-highly recommended, **-recommended, *-interesting. You have also daily programme to visit and the price of ticket. It find you inside the best hotels or pensions to stay. There are also the maps of all country with stars classified sights, or the plans of important city You can plan a trip from home for each day, with aproximative price
