On the surface, they should have been perfect. They weren't. I got these for my wife's CTX-700. There were no instructions and lots of parts. I am fairly mechanically inclined (Master Auto Tech for over 40 years) and the assembly was a royal pain in the tail! It was necessary to remove all of the "Tupperware" from the Honda and then I still had to modify one of the covers for everything to fit properly. The installation was definitely NOT for the faint of heart. Once installed, they look really good. How or if they hold up when required? I hope that we never find out.

Good product. Whatever they sent me did NOT fit ctx700 d ,with full fairing, but I kinda Thought it wouldent, If u have pipe bender, welders and band saw, it’s a good material kit

Ok, so this is my 2nd custom part installed today. I have a 2015 CTX700N AND THESE ARE THE HIGHWAY CRASH GUARDS (GERMAN). I had them professionally installed. They fit my bike, as you can see. I hope this helps answer some of the questions some of you may have. Ride safely, CHEERS!

Did not fit my 2014 ctx 700 full faring

This was attached to 2014 Honda CTX700, with fairing. I needed to cut about 3/16" off each end where the rubber plugs go in, in order to safely clear the black lowest part of the fairing under the tank. Worked like a charm. If installing on a similar bike, you must obtain two new bolts that don't come with the kit. The two largest bolts that are uninstalled from the bike are not long enough to re-use. The instructions will say that, so it is best to remove one bolt as a sample, and get two that are longer by about 3/8 " and you are ready to install these bars.
