EDCAA Light Kit For Old Fishing Store Building Block Lighting Set Compatible With Lego 21310 For Kids (Only Light Set)

This light kit has one continuous line of wire running through all the lights in the set which ends in one usb end & comes with a battery box it connects to (requires 3 AA batteries) for power with an on/off switch.Mine requires a small screw to secure the box closed which was missing but it still works just fine.Apart from batteries, you do not need to buy anything else to fit this to your Fishing Store & light it up.It arrives with the lights all inside a small plastic case so there is no chance of them being smashed around in transit, but without a manual & you need to email the seller to get hold of one (which comes labelled as Chinese (I think) characters ending in .pdf.The bricks the LEDs are attached to are unbranded. (for this purpose I didn't care but you may)The wires are fine enough that they run easily under the bricks without really causing any problems.If I was ordering it again, I would request the manual at the same time as placing my order.Without the manual, it's confusing to try to fit & it took a day for me to get a reply so in my impatience I had a go at working it out.The result was okay, but not awesome as I couldn't figure out how to place most of the lights so they ended up balanced inside the building or just hanging from the wires.With the manual which is 65 pages of large clear step by step pictures, it was still a fiddly job, as with all the AFOL sets but now each light has a home.The images show you how to take apart the bits of the Fishing Store that you need to so you can fit the lights as well as where to place them & how to put your building back together again.This includes a colour changing light which sits just over the ships wheel on the tower.This cycles through a variety of colours sometimes with both lights the same colour, other times each light different colours which I honestly would have preferred was just a plain white static light but it looks nice enough.All the other lights are static white lights as shown in the images.This set includes lights for both the exterior hanging lamps - the one on the side of the tower which is not shown in the pictures & the one on the side of the main shop.With the manual, I am extremely pleased with my purchase & my Fishing store now looks fantastic.I now plan to light up all my modulars, my Ninjago City & Docks as well as my Winter Village collection.I thought this set was very good value for money, particularly if you have never lit up one of your buildings before & want to start with something cheap.I have given this 4 stars rather than 5 purely on the basis of the manual not being either on this product page or automatically emailed to you with the order as it's really pretty essential & because of the missing screw.Really it's a 5 star product.
