I would take two to be on the safe side, I tan easily and my favourite holiday spot is Tenerife and I used two bottles for a 10 day holiday. **Q: Does it wash of very quickly** A: It’s oily so absorbs less quickly than cream **Q: Can this be used on sun beds?** A: As far as I am aware the product is not oil based. Lo and behold I found this which is much better value for money. I didn’t have very high expectations with it being so much cheaper and I’m pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised! It gives good protection and I do seem to have tanned much quicker. My daughter was also surprised that it did the same as her at a fraction of the cost.
