Just received with excitement.... Really it is surprise....to see the this item.... It is exactly like Kids playing toy... It is not at all worthy of 489 RS..There no strength in elasticity, when I was trying to lift my legs up 90 digres, this pulling instrument failed to carry my legs weight. I am a normal weight person 78. I am returning this pack.
