excellent coverage
I recently refinished a table that had been used as a plant stand. It was warped, water stained and had been built from several different wood species. Even after all the repairs it still had a color problem. Mohawk dark walnut toner gave it an even color that is a good match for this abused antique. I have ordered this product in other colors for more projects and would highly recommend it.

Follow the label and get great results
This is just what you need to even out the tone on a furniture restoration job. I learned about this stuff from an old tv show called The Furniture Guys. It saves the day and is very easy to use. Dries pretty fast. I used it over some Watco danish oil after letting it dry for about a week. Then I sealed over the danish oil with some spray shellac. A couple of hours later I applied the tone spray. Short bursts and a little build up over several coats and it’s done. Looks great and a great value for the money. Thanks Furniture Guys!

Not a fan
Took several coats to get an even coating. Any less than three coats causes a lot of blotching. And the color is extremely dark, which is fine but by the time you apply several coats, it becomes near black.
