8 Pcs Car Replacement Upgraded Seat Bushes Bushings Fix Worn Rocking Repair for BMW Z3 Z3M

Used the bushings to fix seat rocking in C5 Corvette. Bushings were a little to thick and needed to be sanded a bit. Other than that, fit fine and no more rocking/moving seats.

These are what you need to get your seats rock-solid once again. The work doesn't take that long and the outcome is awesome.

These require light sanding to thin them out a bit to fit, but that is a small price to pay for my now new feeling seats. They don't loosely slide even 1mm. Perfect.

I bought these to fix the seat movement in my 2001 BMW Z3M roadster. Oh how nice it is to once again be able to stop and start without the seat thumping forward and back! These bushings work great but as others have said you will need to sand them to the correct thickness. It isn't terribly difficult and you can make fair quick work of it with a course, 80 grit or sandpaper. Wish they were just a drop in replacement so that is why I didn't give 5 stars. Make sure you disconnect the car battery before pulling the seats or you will run the risk of setting off the airbag light. Have some brake cleaner to clean the seat shuttle parts. Make sure that you dig into the shuttle with a flat blade screwdriver and remove ALL the gunk of the old bushings which in most cases you will find have just melted into a bunch of black goo. One thing is for sure - you'll never have to change these out in the future as they are made from much better material than the original bushings.

2001 Z3 seats were sloppy and would rock back and forth. These come too thick which is great just lay flat on 80 grit sandpaper and thin to fit. The install for them themselves was easy but had to remove seats. The factory setup was pretty much rubber and deteriorated over time.

This fit in without issue. Very tight, fixed the issue.

A PITA to install but they work and I don't think they will deteriorate like the original ones. Get some help lifting and replacing the seats if you are over 70.

Replaced seat rail bushings on my z3. They had to be sanded like others had stated. I have play in the seats after only a few months. Cheap enough in price but they just don’t last long.

Very good product and far cheaper than BMW dealer. Easy to install, see youtube if you need a little help. You do need to sand the thickness down in order to fit the bushings.
