Perfect for a ramp
I did a thorough inspection of the ramp(s) immediately on arrival. The ramps arrived in perfect shape with no bent parts. Welds are good and hardware is tight. The ramps are definitely stout and a bit on the heavy side but not too much that a man can't handle them. I drove my mower up and back down the ramps with no flexing or instability. Just a word of note I'd like to mention.. I would put something like a thick cut of leather or cardboard between the ramp ends and the tailgate of the truck as these have the potential to scratch. That's all. Be safe.

Very very well-made product, but too heavy for me, I'm 78.
My set came with little, if any damage. However, the single ply cardboard box could have been much stronger with more internal handling damage protection, especially on the ends. Typical freight handling process could easily have damaged the ends for certain, however mine were not. These are made very sturdy, designed perfect and well within the needs for many, I'm sure. I needed ramps to scoot my 4-wheel battery powered handicap scooter into the back of my van. These were perfect, in many ways but my aging body just couldn't easily handle the 30 lb. ea. and its bulk. Mudders and most outdoor sportsmen would not think twice about what bothered me. Others have complained about sharp edges, and the aluminum extrusion end pieces didn't have burrs, but were not edge rounded in any way. Heavy leather workman gloves were necessary for safe handling; however, a good machinist file and some 120-grit sandpaper with effort would be the best thing for rounding off the sharp edges. I'd have liked to have kept them but from a logical safe-handling standpoint, the weight made me return them. I applaud Amazon for selling such a good product, if I was younger and had the strength I used to have these would be in my home for good. Thank you to the manufacturer, thank you to Amazon.

Great Ramps, but Could Use Some Modifications
The S-curve design of these ramps is particularly helpful when loading low-profile equipment like mowers. I primarily use mine to load my Honda Rubicon 4 wheeler. There is very little flex in the ramps when the machine + me ride up and down (approximately 860 lbs). 3 changes that could be made for me to give 5 stars would be rubber-dipped pads on the truck-side. The aluminum is sharp enough to chew into the stock tailgate cap on my Silverado. I initially used cardboard to serve as a buffer, but then sprayed the ends with a can of plasti-dip. This seemed to have helped, but did not eliminate it entirely. The second change would be to use corrosion-resistant fasteners on the ramp. While the aluminum won’t rust obviously, the bolts had light surface rust upon delivery. As with many others, mine were delivered slightly damaged. While typically I’d say that’s a reflection of the shipping carrier, if it happens continuously, the manufacturer should address in either their product or packaging design. Last, the tie strap spring failed on the 3rd use of mine and I keep having to reset the spring. This is very minor, but a nuisance nonetheless. Overall, a good product that could be better with a few adjustments. I would buy again in spite of those complaints.

Way cheaper than a trailer
Fits perfect on work truck to transport riding lawnmower to mow my grass. Purchased for son who takes care of acre of land. Sturdy and easy to take on and off and store. Perfect length to adjust for the height of the truck.

Both ramps damaged
Ordered 2 ramps. Both arrived in the same box. Both damaged. Heavy ramps in poor packaging damaged the aluminum ends. Not worth trying to send back. I'll just bend them back straight with a hammer and 2x4. If you order these, be prepared for them to be bent. But the ramp itself is still sturdy.

Sturdy, versatile for lawnmowers, snowblowers, ATVs and Snowmachines
The aluminum framing and ground/vehicle interfaces are of excellent quality. The composite traction pads are sturdy with the exception of the raised edges which break off easily, but no degradation of their purpose has been noticed. The S-curved structure lends strength to the travel path and lends itself nicely to loading the equipment. The safety straps and hooks are a welcome touch.

They're probably great, if you can get a full set.
I purchased two of these each about a week apart (I misread the listing and thought for the price that I was buying 2, nope it's only 1). 1st one arrived in good shape. Looks very good and is extremely heavy! Bought the 2nd one and after 3 days, it was marked undeliverable (due to damage). 2 weeks later I had to request a refund as it never arrived and another was never shipped. I resorted going to a local hardware store and buying a set of cheap ramps for $100. At some point I'll try buying another. Cons: These ship unboxed. The front part of the ramps apparently get damaged easily in shipping. They must really be banging them around. With all the complaints on here about shipping damage, seller should at least start wrapping the ends.

Does what it is supposed to do!
We bought this ramp in order to be able to load a Honda Ruckus scooter into the back of my daughter's pickup truck, What is great about it is the bike is a bit low-riding and when we load it up onto a hitch mounted motorcycle hauler and its included ramp, the bike bottoms out a little and we have to lift it onto the rack. Now, when we travel we can just loadit into the back of the truck bed with ease. We haven't loaded batteries into it for the LED runway feature yet but I can imagine it'd be cool when and if we actually need to do it.
