These have worked great while using my 2 post lift. I've used them to help as support in the front and rear of the car to feel a little more safe and help keep the car from any movement. Also used it to hold exhaust up to work on.

Works great after years of use. Sunex has always been my preferred brand on a budget.

I bought 3 pole jacks. x2 from Sunex & one that was $20 more expensive from another seller. All 3 where delivered at the same time. I opened & assembled the more expensive one first hoping it was a good quality jack because I had ordered the x2 less expensive ones from Sunex to be spares. I assumed that because they where cheaper, they would be less quality. Lucky for me this was not the case. I was a little disappointed in the first jack that I opened. It was ok but definitely not the quality I was hoping for. After seeing how wobbly it was, I assumed that the x2 less expensive Sunex brand jacks would be the same or worse, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Sunex brand was much better quality. Everything about it was better. They are just built better & do not wobble at all. The more expencive brand will go in the corner & be my spare, I am more than happy with the cheaper Sunex brand. If I had the chance to see them both before buying them, I would have paid more than I did for the expensive one that I bought.

I bought 2 of them and they work great. I was going to get the "tri-pod" style because they have a higher weight rating, but the reality is that I put a hoist in my garage and room is pretty tight. I use the locks opn my hoist all the time so I do not really need them to support a vehicle. These work excellent and have been a lifesaving set of third hands. I suggest getting a pair of them. The only complaint I have is that with no weight on the top they just spin, so can't really use it with one hand with no weight on them. Rumor has it that the Harbor freight ones have a pin welded on the stand and the screw mechanism is milled for the pin so you can use them with one hand. I can not verify that, but it would have been nice if these had that feature. Still getting 5 stars from me though. Well built, easy to assemble, Packaging sucks, but who cares, these are serious mechanics tools.

Quick ship, easy assembly, seems sturdy

This pole jack is a great addition to the shop if you own a lift. I work off a 2 post lift with some pretty long wheel bases and this gives me the added support and stability I need when having to remove large items. I use it every time I raise a car just for an additional safety as well. Very pleased. Would buy it again.
