LOVE THIS STUFF! GREAT WITH WINE AND CHEESE. I HAVE AN IRISH PALETTE (BLAND) BUT THIS HAS THE PERFECT BALENCE WITH SWEET TO A MILD BITE. I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE ELSE. IT'S A TINY BIT PRICEY FOR 1 JAR BUT REASONABLE FOR PACK OF 3

For a thousand years this mustard has been consistently delicious. Although it has become hard to find in my area I am so grateful to Amazon that I can order it online and always have it readily available. Has a little bit of spice a little bit of sweetness it's the perfect compliment to so many things including just eating it on a quick piece of deli meat and skipping the bread.

I received 3 perfectly wrapped and sealed jars of my favorite Honeycup Mustard and despite the time being 10am and having only a cup of coffee after awakening, i opened the first jar and had it with crackers and cheese. My favorite condiment is mustard and this one has been satisfying me since the late 1970's when my friend Jane and I would drive to Sausalito, Napa or Sonoma from San Francisco, buy a jar with some carrots and a fresh baguette and go for our hike somewhere. When we were hungry, we would stop and enjoy the scenery. Then we would tear off a piece of bread and cheese, use the carrot to spread the mustard on top, and finally enjoy a chunk of carrot that was redipped into the mustard jar. Despite this listing saying that it is a product of Canada, all three jars I received clearly state on the label, "Stone County Specialties Inc. 458 Fairview St. Tamaqua, PA 18252" I've never examined my previous jars purchased locally so I don't know if this is manufactured in the US now or both countries.

This is my favorite honey mustard: a little hot, a little sweet. The texture is thicker, almost like honey. A little goes a long way. When I could no longer find it in my grocery store deli, I was relieved to see it here. Nice to find a multipack at an affordable price. In my last order one of the containers was broken and they replaced it no problem.

I bought this to try as a dip/spread. I soon found out it was a LOT more versatile! I mix a little (or a lot) into marinades, sauces. I brush it on ribs before adding my dry rub. I frequently add a bit to the water in my instant pot when cooking beef, pork, or chicken. It gives just about any salad dressing a little extra kick of flavor. It is surprisingly even A-MAY-ZING in homemade mac & cheese! Bottom line, yeah, you <could> call it a honey mustard. But the magic in this little glass hexagon makes it so much more than just honey and mustard. Try it.
