However it was difficult to obtain them in a collective form even though many enzymes are available in single formulations. Because of my advanced age I have similar problems and decided to try 'INSTANT DIGEST' digestive enzymes after I saw its ad in Amazom. I am on my first bottle and my experience so far is positive. I do not take the capsule with every meal but i make sure that i take it with the day's heavy meal. So far I have not experienced any negative side effects and it appears that bloating that used to appear with meals has reduced or nearly gone and there is a general improvement in stool formation. I hesitate to make very strong statement at this time because it too early but i plan to continue to use it.
