Miko Brand Instant Spinach Miso Soup, 5.76 Oz

It's very convenient, one cup each serving, there's no waste, and it doesn't taste like instant food, it's amazing super delicious. And The price is reasonable, I really love it, use it every day, and I will continue to order it.

Soup is good, but I needed to add a little more oomph to it. First, it has no noodles, so I added some. Then I really liked seaweed so I added a little more freeze dried and re-constituted "pacific wakame" to it. Then I noticed they use the Bonito Fish as their base in their liquid flavoring packet. I had some Bonito granules ( it's like chicken bullion) and added about a half teaspoon to the broth. I also added some cut up Silken Tofu- Firm style to it and turned a basic broth into a meal. Will I buy this product again...........yep. There are 8 packets of broth paste and 8 packets of greens inside the master package. Each packet is used with 2/3rds cup water. So If you're a hearty eater, you'll probably double it to make a decent bowl of soup.

New to this flavor, but a cup of this with a sandwich is quite good.

I love this brand due to using miso paste and not freeze-dried miso. The spinach is a nice touch and not over-done. Hot water from my Keurig, sit a couple of minutes, and go! Great snack when cranking out code on the computer.
