Armor All Fresh FX Smoke X Car Odor Eliminator Spray, Car Air Freshener Spray (New Car)

I cannot even believe how amazing this product is! Last week, we took our three dogs to the park for a walk. Two of the dogs dove under a bush and one of them came out holding the skunk by the head and shaking the skunk. She wouldn't let the skunk go, so my poor husband literally had to remove the skunk from her mouth. We had to put the dogs (and ourselves) in the car for the ride home. I scrubbed the car down with hydrogen peroxide/baking soda/dish soap, I have rinsed and scrubbed again - multiple times - with Nature's Miracle Skunk Odor Eliminator. Both helped some. The stink went from physically nauseating and physically painful to merely horribly stinky. I left all windows and the tailgate open all day/night. I toyed with the idea of leaving the key in the ignition with a free to a good home sign and taking my chances with insurance (just kidding - but it was that bad!). I never thought my car would be the same. Then, an animal control officer friend suggested this product. They had used it after transporting a skunked pet in their work truck and were happy with the results. I ordered two cans. The first removed the odor from the car. I could have cried from the joy of it! The car is so much better! Our clothes and the dog collars and leashes were still stinky after many soaks and runs through the washing machine. They were better, but nothing you would want to wear or put back on the dogs. But I had that second can. I spread out the collars and clothes in the car and set off the second can of fogger. Wow! No more smell! I can't believe it! This was miraculous! I would recommend to anyone!

I have done some research and I am not sure what this product does. Does it kill the bacteria, or does it just add a scent that is so potent it covers up the bad scent?... Still unknown. What I do know, is the scent of this product is so potent, it will successfully cover up whatever bad scent you currently have. If you have removed the source of the bad scent, this will either kill the bacteria (unknown), or at least it will cover up the scent of any other scents. In that regard it was successful. I had a rodent die in the ac system. This is worst case scenario because the bacteria are sprayed throughout the car when the fan is turned on. After removing the rodent and everything else I could. This product successfully covered up the smell or was circulated long enough throughout the ac system to kill the bacteria (unknown). Anyways I would recommend this product and the scent I bought.

I used it in a car a bought the person was a smoker. It didn’t get ride of the smell totally but it smells a hole lot better

I am a runner and I also work in the zoo industry so I either smell sweaty or like an animal and that gets added to my truck. It takes a few days to knock out the odor but if you continue to give a couple sprays a week it helps keep the smell out. I love this stuff. I like the citrus smell better, the other smells like a spray deodorant and is a bit strong but both work well.

For what these things cost you can purchase several spray scents and get the same results. Not only is the scent not the greatest, it only lasts for a few days (like 3-4 at the most).

I have used this product multiple times when purchased from stores like Target and Walmart however the best price was found on amazon. The can arrived quickly and was very easy to use with simple instructions. The instructions note to turn AC on and close all windows with the recirculation button on but if you are worried about being locked out having one window slightly propped will not hinder the effectiveness. The smell is also pleasant and not too overwhelming. If directions are followed to a tee, your car will smell completely different. Perfect for after hotboxes or getting rid of strong smoke odors

We didn't know it, but a cooler leaked into the bottom of the back area of our RV, on our way home from a fishing trip. We didn't catch any fish, but we ended up with a terrible smell that grew worse and worse every day. We tried airing the car out in the sun, for days. We tried other smell-eliminator products that were completely ineffective. Car places told us that we would probably have to remove the back seats completely to get to the funk out of the floor carpe under the back seats. Crazy expensive estimate for labor. We were actually thinking we'd have to get rid of the car. As a last resort....we tried Armour All Car Freshener and Purifier, in Citrus Breeze. The next day, the smell was completely gone, and there was no sickly cover up smell. Problem Solved! Thanks so much Armour All.

I would not buy this again, over priced and does nothing for cigarette smoke in car.

Great product!

Upon receiving the spray bomb I noticed that it was practically empty. I went ahead and did the process and I was right the spray only lasted a couple of seconds. Very disappointed. On a positive note Amazon refunded me a good portion of cost.
