Perfect for Cocktails
This has been a great purchase. It's the perfect way to add just the right amount of kick to your cocktail. I use it for margaritas and have been using it for my rum old fashions. One dash for medium heat, two dashes for noticeable heat.

Holy crap these bitters are next level. Worth every penny. They don’t just add heat they add so much flavor! My margaritas have become crack because of these bitters haha! Beautiful product.

Adds a nice hit of spice. Goes well in some mezcal cocktails. I've enjoyed them There's a hint of flavor that adds an interesting lightly savory character

These are wonderful bitters. They have a nice bite to them. I love using them in a spicy old fashioned.

Great with non-alcoholic micktails
I'm a bourbon lover. I've been cutting back on my consumption by using some non-alcoholic whiskey alternatives. They're are so-so. But, adding some fire-tincture bitters to an n/a old fashioned or a coke and n/a whiskey REALLY improves the taste - and the "burn" is perfect!

Love these bitters, but...4.5 stars
They have lost their minds charging this much money for 5oz. It really is a great product--very good for amping up fruit flavored cocktails and it does last quite awhile. That said, the price has doubled in the last few years and I am not sure it is worth it. That said, I got carded for buying bitters, so the world has gone insane.

No Bloodymary without this!
I discovered this at brunch in Pittsburgh od all places! The bartender nodded when she was asked to make the bloody Mary as spicy as she could. I was skeptical until I tasted it. And wow! I bought a stash for myself at home and I've brought the bottle with me to brunches because NO ONE ever makes a bloody spicy enough. This stuff is wonderful!! If you like spicy, you'll be very pleased. And it's not to where you can't drink it. It adds a proper kick! And put several dashes in!
