So, I had a surgery last month to fix a deviated septum and thankfully now no longer need to put the strips on every night in order to sleep. But prior to that, I needed a set of nasal strips in order to sleep while breathing through my nose -- without them I would breathe through my mouth all night and wake up feeling dry and gross every hour or so. The nasal strips were a godsend. Over the course of using them, I tried both InstaClear and Breathe Right, and while both of them provide about the same amount of breathing help, InstaClear was the easy winner for me. With Breathe Right, it feels like the main priority is making sure they do not come off easily, for people who complain of the strips coming off during the night. The tradeoff, though, is that taking Breathe Right strips off every morning is substantially more work than taking the InstaClears off. I have never had issue with InstaClear coming off in the middle of the night, I always do the "hold in place for 30 seconds" thing after first applying them and I make sure the skin around the area is clean AND dried before applying. In the morning, you can just massage them off with soap and warm water. Same process for Breathe Right of course, but you have to do a bit more shimmying and tugging to get them off, and lord help you if you just pull it off like a bandaid every time. I really didn't want to screw up the skin on my nose using those every night, so for me InstaClear wins. If you just need the extra-strength vice-like sticking power above all else for whatever reason, then I guess Breathe Right is for you, but as I said I have never had an issue with InstaClear coming off during the night.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I decided to buy these nasal strips for my husband because his snoring kept me awake every night. They really work! Whenever he wears them, he doesn’t snore, and I can finally get a good night’s sleep. The only thing he doesn’t like is that he says they make his nose look bigger while he’s wearing them. Other than that, they’re very comfortable and effective. I definitely recommend them if snoring is keeping you awake.

It’s a great nasal strip/dilator especially for people with a deviated septum like I have, the little legs are extremely sticky and stay on for at least half the day. I use 2 a day right now because i shower in the middle of the day, though i’m sure if applied correctly enough it would stay on longer. It definitely improved my sleep quality as well, i feel better rested waking up in the morning. The one thing I would say to be careful about is taking it off, they are extremely sticky and if you don’t have strong/thick skin, you’re very likely to tear off your skin, so apply some warm water then remove it. Extremely easy to use and it honestly works better than the Breathe Right nasal strips. The box came heavily damaged, and from all the reviews i’ve seen, I’m pretty sure this is normal. I simply put it back in place and the box was like new, the products inside (the nasal strips) were completely intact. So why only 4 stars? Because the nasal strips adhesive is only strong enough to withstand half a day and 3/4 of a night, which is still much better than sleeping and being without these nasal strips. Will 100% buy again.

I’ve had breathing issues all my life. I’ve got asthma, but on top of that I always felt like I wasn’t getting enough oxygen through my nose. I could lift up on the outside of my nose and feel so much more air entering with each breath than when I left it alone. Finally I decided to try some nose strips. First I bought the tan. Immediate and amazing results. I loved them. They stay in place and they increase my oxygen intake. It’s amazing. I quickly informed my teenage children that I was going to embrace my inner anime character (if you know you know) and where these strips 24/7. Of course they vehemently opposed this idea. So after a few days of wonderful, oxygen abundant afternoons/evenings/nights I decided to order some clear ones hoping that they would be subtle enough to wear out and about without drawing stares. So, unfortunately, they’re not very incognito. Additionally, they don’t stay put nearly as well as the tan ones; nor are they as comfortable or effective. They aren’t TERRIBLE but they’re not quite as good. I’ve noticed a handful of people reporting bruising, redness and sores. After about a month of using both products, I haven’t experienced any of that. Everyone has different allergies and intolerances, you never know until you try. So if you’re dying to breathe better, give these a shot. They’re making my life better everyday.

Greetings shoppers! Strips are cool and can last up to 12hrs much longer than the other products that has instructed to leave on noise for at least 8hrs in the day. My spouse does keep in on for a whole that and hasn't gotten an allergic reaction to it, continues better breathing though his nostril (allergies are really bad :-/) . He has slept with the strip on and hasn't come off. Although... here is the daisy; does come off easily when sweaty, oily skin (boo). Even is the instructions indicated to wash your noise BEFORE PUTTING IT ON, when places on the noise part of the bandage seem to not place down completely. Overall, it looks like a GENERIC product version of the original brands you normally see in the pharmacy stores. Price could be less maybe 3.00/3.75USD less. It does do a great job in avoiding running noise and allows my spouse to breath better at night and during the day ^_^. Hence the 3* and the 2* in adhesion. NOT BAD STILL WOULD BUY IT AGAIN - I'M OKAY WITH THE PRODUCT'S DOING IT'S DUTIES - HELPS WITH BREATHING - MAKE SURE YOU WASH YOUR FACE OR A LOW BASE ALCOHOL SOLUTION TO CLEAN THE AREA (useful for better suction & or application) - MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE A DAMP TISSUE/CLOTH ON THE NOISE FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING (like a bandage it hurts Charley ^_^). *excuse my grammar, I suck at that*

I used this product five nights I a row. My breathing was grate while it was one. But the tape did not stick after three to five minutes.

This is the "real deal" -- long-lasting, flares nostrils better, easy to open and apply. I initially used Breathe Right brand nasal strips until I found very cheap knock-offs on Amazon. However these cheap versions didn't last all night and I found myself groggily drawing to reapply one several times a night. This purchase has hit the sweet spot. More expensive that the cheap brands on Amazon but way less than brand name Breath Rights. It has lasted all night, every night. And I continue to hold off the purchase of a CPAP. Highly recommended.

Bought these for my husband, and he said they are just as good as the name brand. Will be purchasing these again.
