Not sure these are for me. I thought my sleepless nights and stress could be cured a little with magnesium - that's what I was told, perhaps I lacked magnesium. Turns out - they made me sleep BUT made me pee up to 3 times a night, and then made me feel very groggy and spaced out the next day. Sadly, I obviously don't react well to Magnesium. However, the ingredients are pure - no nasties, just don't suit me. Perhaps I don't need magnesium?

First time taking this. Wow its really sending me to sleep so it's great. So i try to take in the evenings only. I did try taking it during the day but made me feel abit lazier/sleepier - however when I do go to the gym after taking it I can still pump with no issue. So far so good, just need to time it well in my opinion.

I’ve found myself less stressed since taking these. Two is too strong though and makes me feel groggy so I only take one which is much better

I used this product during my second and third trimester of pregnancy, at night, to help with cramping in my legs. Although I woke up with sore legs on occasion, it did seem to help keeping actual cramps to a minimum. They did not help with restless legs. I started off on one pill and increased to two pills as needed. They didn't upset my stomach. I would take them again during pregnancy (as long as cleared by a midwife or specialist).

I find this really helps me get a better night’s sleep… even with all my hypothyroid, menopausal nonsense going on

Best Magnesium Glycinate out there. once you go with Pure you can't go with any other brand. I've tried many from cheap ones to high street ones and this is the best.
