is this comparable to More than Mascara? I want a mascara that watches off completely with soap and water. Does this one?

I dont know about "More" but this one does wash off with soap and water. Ive never had to use anything stronger. I wash most of it off with water then clean up the skin/rest with a basic face wash

Is this smudge proof?

I have no problems with it flaking or smudging at all. I love this mascara because it stays on ALL day and I work 10 to 14 hours and it still looks great:)
