Some days it works fine, and other days it does not work on my back. Then I need pain med. It is very easy to use. Rolls on smoothly, no problem.

I have been buy this over the last year to assist with pain in both my hips. This does give some relief for my arthritis in my lower back hip area. It is not a complete relief to this.
