Fantastic Diopters at a surprisingly great price for the performance
These were way higher quality than I expected. I use a series of anamorphic lenses and these diopters really helped me with close-ups and compression for background separation. You can't beat the price, and it works perfectly. The variety and selection of different depths is perfect. Worth every penny.

Great value
Amazing quality for the price. Bought a set for each of the lens kits I have. The higher the magnification the more noticeable they are (chromatic aberration, softness) but even at 10x they're just about as good as a typical macro lens.

Great for quick macro shots, used it to film wedding rings
I picked up this close-up filter set mainly to shoot detail shots at weddings, especially rings. I tested the +4 filter on a 50mm lens and was impressed with the result. It gave me nice close focus without the need for a dedicated macro lens. The quality is solid for the price, there’s some softness at the edges, but for quick video or photo close-ups, it does the job. The pouch is a nice touch and makes it easy to carry in my wedding gear kit. A good budget-friendly tool for capturing detail shots on the go.

Useful, but require specific lenses to get good results
They do what they say on the tin, but at a heavy cost to image quality. This particular set I used in combination with Nikon's 18-300mm super zoom, which has middling quality to begin with. The +1 diopter closeup-lens doesn't add enough zoom to be useful, while heavily degrading image quality. +2 has enough zoom to be useful, but degraded an already marginal image quality beyond the point where I will ever use it. +4 was just ugly and +10 was completely unusable--and not just because of the narrow depth of field. To get reasonable results out of these closeup filters I'd recommend the following: an excellent lens for sharpness and contrast (since the closeup filters will heavily degrade image quality) and a full frame lens on an APSC sensor (quality gets worse the further from the center you are, and is terrible by the time you hit the outer third of the image). If you can meet the requirements of the filter, they produce decent enough results. But keep in mind you're attaching a $20 optic to your $300-$3000 lens, and the image quality will drop accordingly.

They work great
I bought these for my Sirui Mars anamorphic set, and the instant I tried them my mind was blown. Minimum focus distance on a 75mm - 4 feet, can now be measured in inches. I can get shots that I never dreamed of before. Truly a gamechanger for anamorphic lenses.

Decent set of macro filters
The filters definitely work as advertised, allowing for closer macro work. The instructions included give an example of stacking the filters to achieve even more magnification, however due to the curve of the glass on the filters, you cannot stack anything beyond the +4 or the +10. These filters are a great, inexpensive way to start playing with macro photography.

PERFECT for the wedding ring shots!
These were perfect for what I needed them for! I just can't justify buying an expensive macro lens just for my ring shots at weddings and this worked beautifully on my 35mm lens. The photo attached was with the 10 and 4 stacked together if I remember correctly. The trick is to have f10 or more and get very close. It took me a few tries to figure it out lol, but they are perfect for the 5 mins I need them. And takes up less room than another lens.

Came missing parts. Returned.
Apparent that it had been opened. I've bought Vivitar lens filters before and they were fine, but this one arrived in a resealed box and was missing the 10x filter. 4x didnt even have the plastic.

La opción rápida para tomar fotos "macro", con la distorsión que estos lentes introducen por su naturaleza

The product arrive earlier than expected, and was a pleasant surprise to see in the mail. Upon opening, the filters were made of metal and glass; overall well constructed. It screwed onto my Sigma 35mm 1.4 Art lens nice and securely. It also screwed onto the UV filter I had attached onto my Sigma 35mm, so that I do not need to take off the UV filter from the lens to use these macro filters. The image quality is good and the filters are very useful for photographing wedding details. I would highly recommend them if you do not want to carry a macro lens that will only be used for a handful of shots during a wedding day.

Exactly as expected. There is good clarity and no visible defects. distortion to be expectd. Good value for money, but NOT a substitute for a macro lens
