I have just had 2 days of spine fusion surgery with a titanium cage for my spine all the way down from T-8 to the tip of my spine. I then had a bad fall, overbalancing from trying to pick up our lovebird off the hardwood floor, and 8 weeks out from surgery, I'm in more pain from the fall than I was after surgery.The hospital had provided a heavy-duty back brace that worked very well initially and which my surgeon's assistant wanted me to wear again after my fall.I tried but I was just in too much pain with the hospital brace's metal spine support. Also I don’t think it gave me as much shoulder/upper back posture support as I need.This back brace from Amazon is amazing. It is really well constructed, has metal supports (I'm guessing) in the central spine area, but is comfortably padded and beautifully designed.The shoulder straps are wider than on my hospital brace and give a firm but gentle tug to my shoulders to keep them back and to remind me to stand up straight. It all secures really well with Velcro, but make sure you get the right size for you. (I'm 6' 4", 230 lbs, and got an XXL.)Best of all, the brace is so comfortable you can wear it for hours, aware of its subtle "reminders" to your back, and not feel like you've been tortured. It's really comfortable, it gives my spine noticeable support, and I feel better with it on. You can wear this over a T-shirt, under a hoodie, under a blazer, pretty much with anything.I haven't checked it out with my surgeon or physical therapist yet, but if they have any serious comments I'll update the review. I totally recommend this back brace. It also came in under 24 hours, which was fantastic given the pain from my fall.

In my opinion, the most important things you need to know about this brace are:+ I've bought it twice (lost one in a move) because it's just that good. I shop around for everything, but not this. This brace works. It offers full back support and does a great job of sort of redistributing your body's weight by looping around your shoulders and having the attachment points for those shoulder straps be your waist.+ I used this for long periods and very regularly; the velcro never stopped working, even requiring much less frequent cleaning (in a 4-pet home no less) than what I've grown used to with other velcro things.+ The metal bars that rest against your back go all the way from the base of your neck to your hips; they don't prohibit movement unnecessarily, do a great job of stopping you from moving in harmful ways, and do not ever bend out of shape!+ The material is stretchy, doesn't look bulky or awful, and the belt area now has little gripping strips so that it doesn't ride up!- My only real complaint is about the supposed "breathability;" it has NONE. Good for them for thinking to have this be made from mesh for the most part. The problem with this? It's only mesh on the BACK! As in the outside, the part that doesn't touch your skin! It doesn't need to be breathable there! It's all open! The part that rests against your back? It's a stifling solid material, the same that's used to make the velcro stick. They just continued that velcro material onto the part that presses against your back. This brace would be a hundred times better if the mesh was against your back and not just for show on the outside.

Good quality product. Easily adjustable perfect size, easy to use by slipping on. Quality material. I’m very happy with this purchase as it actually works and how I know this, after one use my back pain is gone! Highly recommend!!

Mixed Review. Support is good but rides up and pokes up past your back and protrudes past neck. Also a he smell of the brace has never gone away after weeks. It has a horrible smell that when wearing it people can smell it and it transfers to clothes. It’s not ideal to where out because you can definitely see it.

It does not stay in place no instructions how to put it on and it does NOT cover or support ther whole back and shoulders. The steps that goes over ur shoulders after 3 days rubbed my mom through her clothes and had open sores and the belt strap in the front does NOT stay at ur wasit it climbs up even after therapy showed her how to wear it and put it on it was a waste of my money NEED SOMETHING BETTER

I purchased this back brace posture corrector because I’ve been feeling like I needed some extra support for my shoulders and lower back, especially after long hours at my desk. If you're unsure or new to posture support, I highly recommend starting slow and listening to your body, just like I did!

The back brace feel comfortable I like the comfort it feels it is Adjustable easy to use.

Not made for anyone with a stomach it's has zero support and wish I could've return it not worth buying
