### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The missing key to organisational success.

As our eyes are affixed on our bodies, we tend to see faults, problems, inadequacies and many other shortcomings in others. This book provides a mirror for our eyes to have a 360 degrees line of sight that brings a useful realization that we in fact are not just part of the problem, but are often the primary cause of the problem as a result of our self-betrayals. This liberates us to make the most important step in driving sustainable change and progress; that is we begin to change instead of preoccupying ourselves with trying and at times forcing others to change - thus creating a world at war. This enables us to be more responsible, more accountable, more collaborative and more efficient and effective in driving organizational goals.

A great read. If you want to find an easy way to listen and to communicate with other then this book is for you. It will give you the simple keys to speak and listen,. While giving you insight into why you couldn't hear or see what was being said. When we get in our own way we can't listen. It's amazing how we can say the same things however we say them in the wrong way.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ New perspective

This book was recommended to me by a wilderness program counselor. I started reading it grudgingly, but quickly found it interesting. It caused me to reflect on my own attitudes in conflict situations and the attitude of others. Gave me a new perspective. Would recommend this to just about anyone as we all get into conflict situations at some point in our lives. Gave this four stars only because it's not great literature.
