Hello..making sure this set of relay fits my van..just because i see 30a, instead 40a ?

It will fit but it is not the correct one if you pulled a 40a it needs to be replaced with a40a

What’s the difference in an RY116 and RY116T?

From what I could find out, the one with the T is simply a lower priced option.

Which relay is it ? In my 97 ford explorer V8 5.0 Eddie baurer theres three that looks the same should i buy three of them

the relays that look alike are interchangeable and probably only one is bad.

Amazon reccomended this as a replacement to a flasher relay. Be warned this will not work as a flasher relay.
