First Aid Only Tablet Crusher, with Deposit Compartment, Blue, Plastic, P-100031 Units

I got this tablet crusher for crushing up my cat's medicine (as you vet first if it is okay to crush) as he was struggling to eat them whole himself and he hates it being force-fed (understandable honestly) so I decided to research crushers. I decided on this one as there was a compartment to store pills which meant the medicine and the crusher were always together and there wasn't a risk of it accidentally being used for crushing a person's pills. The plastic is high quality and sturdy. It is incredibly easy to crush pills - before we were using scissors or pliers to cut the tablets. I just place one in the middle and turn the handle a few times and it quickly turns into a smooth dust which I just sprinkle onto my cat's food. Because it is crushed so fine it does leave behind a little but it is easy to wipe it with a finger and get the rest off. If you wanted something that cuts pills into sections then I wouldn't recommend this crusher. However, if you wanted something that can crush pills for mixing into water/yoghurt then this would be perfect. Great value for money and I wish I had bought it sooner. I will buy another one if I need one for human pills.

This tablet crusher works really well. It’s sturdy and easy to use, turning pills into a fine powder with little effort. The grip is comfortable, and the container makes it easy to transfer the crushed tablets. A big help for anyone who has trouble swallowing pills.

Amazing little tool for tablet crushing, turns into a powder-like substance to make it easy to swallow for my elderly grandparents. Excellent value and simple design, easy to use.

Brilliant wee gadget. I marked it one star down though as it can be a bit hard to turn on the “crush” down so maybe not gp so good for those with arthritic fingers

If I could leave zero stars I would. Try as hard as I could this would not crush the tablets. My son who is really strong and used to heavy work managed it but it took a lot of effort. You need superhuman strength to use this. I wanted it for my dogs tablets. Well back to using teaspoons again. Total waste of money.

Love this. My cat is very very picky and would never take a tablet. This crusher is great, within seconds its ready to put in Madame's bowl. The tiny grains disappear very quickly. Well worth the money for my fussy fur baby!

This item works well for a time but quickly wears down and essentially has to be used as a hammer to crush the pill which defeats the point.

I bought this to crush tablets to put into my cat’s food as he has been prescribed a large number. He wouldn’t take the tablets whole. So I had been crushing them myself. It’s fair to say that this product does a much better job than me with the back of a spoon! The product is small, has two compartments. One is the crushing section with a plunger that you twist to retract to insert the tablet, then twist back on to crush it. At first it didn’t crush but I realised that was because I needed to keep crushing even when it became more difficult. You do need to go at it with a bit of force! I think you could control whether you want a roughly crushed consistency or a powder, according to how much you keep twisting and grinding with the plunger. The second compartment is a place to store tablets and it has a divider there. It would be ok for whole tablets, but if you wanted to transfer the crushed tablet, it would be difficult and you’d need a separate container because both compartments are on different ends. All in all a great tool, inexpensive, well-made and one that is fulfilling its function.

Mes chats sont âgés (15 et 18 ans) et ont régulièrement des médicaments à prendre. Avec ce produit, fini de passer 10 minutes à écraser les comprimés dans leur pâtée et à en mettre de partout. Je ne peux que recommander ! Le médicament est bien écrasé même s'il faut visser / dévisser deux ou trois fois. C'est ultra simple. Il y'a même une double ouverture pour stocker les comprimés.

Wordt gebruikt voor het vermalen van medicijnen voor een kat en omdat deze pilletjes al klein zijn, twijfelde ik of dit de oplossing zou zijn. Een duidelijke ja!
