i have back pain for a year now since i gave birth to my son. i found myself slouching because i always keep one posture in order to brestfeed my son over the last year. so i found this corrector and give it a try. have been using this for 2 weeks now, just a few hours a day, it keeps me in the right shape and posture. my back pain starts to improve. one thing i wish is that i hope they make this in extra small, i am in a petite size for clothing, only 105 lb and 5'3. i still find the small size a bit loose and the stripes a bit too long for me. otherwise, it is a fairly good posture corrector and value for money purchase.

This is my second piece. This design has less strain on the back so u don't feel it as much as the other design thay wraps around your stomach. I use it at home. Not the best looking accessory, but does the job. It helps to relieve back stress too.

It helps me to stand straighter,make me feel more confident and taller.I suggest you to get one also, just need to wear it on about 40 mins each day and you will feel something.

I have some lower back pain when standing or bending for some time. The strap relief some of the lower back pain. The one thing I don't like and don't recommend this product is that the sticky pad wears out quickly. I wear the strap for 6 days now and the sticky pad start wearing out. Once in a while having the strap on, the sticky pad will peal off.

It is soft and easy to put on! You can put on it inside your T shirt! I used it about three days and I feel it did work on the pain relief !

Good for me while I do homework. Helps me correct my posture.
