I gapped these to .060" (they were .040" out of the box). Should I regap to .040"? I installed these in a 2000 Chevy Silverado, 5.3L.

They come gapped that way I didn't change mine install on 2005 Tahoe runs like butter

Correct. 1 quantity = 1 spark plug. I thought that 1 quantity = a pack of 4 spark plugs as the picture suggests; but after receiving my order, I found out that you only get 1 spark plug. I agree with you! The picture is very misleading and needs to be changed to clarify that you're only receiving 1 spark plug per quantity.
