Notice that the more expensive methylcobalamin is used rather than the cheaper cynocobalamin. I've learned that my body needs more B vitamins after having a meal. The process of digestion, stress, lack of sleep demand a lot of energy and work from our body. Taking the B12 after a meal will maintain energy and will replace lethargy quickly. What shocked me is how much rice and bread and baked products as well as noodles place immense stress on the body. Yet, I craved them all. By reading the labels of food products and vitamin supplements I knew that bread and baked goods and some noodles have added B vitamins. Many of us are getting our needs for B vitamins through the added Bs of baked goods, breads and noodles. This brand does NOT use fillers or flow agents, so we are getting pure vitamins. The most important factor about this brand is the vitamins are pure and they work! Truly exceptional quality! UPDATE: 12/8/20 Taking these tablets cut out my intense cravings for cookies, cakes, pies, bread, and noodles. I found out to my astonishment that baked goods and a variety of noodles are fortified by added B vitamins. My body actually craved the B vitamins that were in these products. Since I no longer craved these calorie laden products, my weight dropped off without effort, and at first wihout being noticed. But when my clothes became loose and family members complimented me on how healthy I looked slimmer, the loss of weight and major gain in health couldn't be ignored. I am about to sound like one of those reviews that are actually "purchased," but I literally think these are amazing and they have exceeded my expectations! I had good results with a previous B6 supplement I was taking (lost 25lbs, had less cravings, and had more energy), so when I ran out of that I was looking for a replacement and wanted to add B12 as well, as I know it's also supposed to "boost your metabolism." I came across this one, and for the price vs amount was a great deal. Now here's what I noticed, and I cannot express enough that I am not exaggerating: Day 1 I received these in the mail in the afternoon and took one before I went to work (I work late evenings). All was good Day 2 I took one of these in the morning with my usual medications. By 11 o'clock I had the (extremely rare) urge to exercise. I actually went out to the garage and drug in my exercise bike that my husband had been trying to get me to get rid of, and did 65 minutes of cardio. Then I went on a cleaning spree until it was time for me to go to work. I was in a much better mood for work than I normally am. Day 3 pretty much the same results: cardio, cleaning/organizing, work Day 4 I finally tackled this home project that I had been wanting to do, but had been putting off because of the effort required. It was my day off, and instead of being glued to the couch, my husband found me climbing across the bedroom furniture to reach the ceiling corners. He asked me if I was okay because he had never seen me like this! XD....AND I still did my cardio! This product works!

You have to see what type of B12 it is and this is the type that actually can go through the brain barrier so it is more effective than the other kind that you buy at let's say Trader Joe's. This one's not as sweet, a little bit bitter and you should dissolve it under your tongue. I tried to have that as the first thing in the morning because even though some of my vitamins that I'm not always real consistent with have vitamin B12 endless form I want to get the energy value out of it as soon as possible. A recent study showed we need a lot more B12 than they even thought before so I will continue to purchase these

Including B-6 and Folic is super important. This one does. The 2 other ingredient synergistically needed is an enzyme that's in our saliva, which are why these are made as sublinguals. Do let is dissolve into your saliva, vs if you just chew or swallow, it won't work very well RE anemia or other B12 deficiencies. Naturopaths also know that Zinc is the last synergistic of this team.
