I’ve been using this product for a while. It is well built and stays attached to the surface after daily usage. This really helped with shoulder pain and arm strength. Feel like it has increased my grip strength

pretty good but not the strongest suction cups u need someone else hold it so it don't fly off the table.

Liked the overall design and quality of the trainer machine, however would have liked to have seen different replaceable tension springs ( ie : beginners light tension , intemediate - medium tension , and strongest - max8 tension. This would eliminate frustration from overwhelming the beginner and intermediate

Never tested the suction cups, I drilled for three screws through it into my workout table, perfect for me, everybody that has seen it and used it likes it, my recommendation would be at four holes be put in from the factory so that you have the option to screw it now, then you don’t have to drill it

This is a Incredible trainer it is presto heavy so if you don’t have past experience with other tools or workout it might be a little hard I recommend going to the gym on top of this if you can but either then that it’s incredible don’t think that it’s bad just because there arnt a lot of people who have put head it in the past there arnt a lot of people who want this sort of thing for what it is it’s incredible

I didn’t personally buy this but my son wanted it, I turned him down when I saw that they misspelled “product” on the images of the product. Besides that I’m sure it’s great.

It's a nice little toy, but not more. Great for my son to test his strength, but if you're an arm wrestling guy, you won't want to train with it. Even as a newbie. The price starts at around CAD 20 (free shipping) depending on the seller, and in my opinion, it's justified up to a maximum of CAD 40. But no more than that. I've seen sellers trying to sell the same thing for CAD 150 – that's just a rip-off. Overall it's a fun toy and I definitely recommend it. But stay away if you believe the product description and want to train for arm wrestling. In this case, I'd recommend a cable pulley with appropriate handles. But be careful, most arm wrestling grips/handles are completely overpriced due to the hype. Have a good pull ;-)
