HitLights UL Listed LED Strip Lights, Premium High Density 16.4ft 5050 RGB 300LEDs, 12V for Room Under Kitchen Bedroom Home Decoration

Lights worked ok, however I got the cool white strip which appears to be closer to a 6500K then a 5000K comparing them to other other LED strip lights. Light was almost a purple hue. I also was not happy with the brightness. I am trying the warm white high density version and will post another review.Update: I ordered and received the "HitLights Weatherproof Warm White LED Light Strip, High Density 5050 - 16.4 Feet, 300 LEDs, 3000K, 218 Lumens per Foot. 12V DC" and they were exactly what I was hoping for. The color was a more natural light and the brightness is very good and lit up my safe very well. I highly recommend these! Also, the seller contacted me directly to address my issues I had with the previous strip lights and was very helpful. Great customer service!

At first I was a bit frustrated by lack of details on required additional items required to get these lights working. I ordered the HitLights Wifi Wireless LED Controller module and didn't realize that the power transformer wasn't supplied. I initially ordered the 24Watt 2 Amp 12V transformer and quickly discovered that I should have ordered the 60W, 5Amp 12V transformer. Once I received all the correct parts, I was still having issues connecting to Wifi. Called HitLights Tech Support (I don't recommend emailing them - much slower turn-around on response). Their support was fairly efficient and was able to walk me through the correct process of pairing the device to my wifi (different than what was detailed within their product manual/instructions).The lights strips take some getting used to when it comes to using connectors. You have to really make sure you have a good connection and that appropriate amount of material is being sandwiched in the clips to ensure a secure fit. I trimmed a lot of the plastic case away and used the ends of zip-ties sandwiched on the top side of the light strips to ensure enough material to make it just difficult to close.

* The seller contacted me after reading my review and offered to refund or exchange the light set to rectify the situation. Because I had already returned the product, these were not options for me, but the seller did agree to change the product information. As promised, the product description now includes the fact that this light set does not come with the 4-pin adapter. Thank you to the seller for their prompt and courteous response to the problem.This product seemed perfect for decorating my son's bedroom. However, after purchase, we realized that you need a 4-pin adapter in order to plug the lights in. I went back through the product description to see if I had missed something, but found that nothing was written about this requirement. Unfortunately, I had to return this product.

These lights are very bright. They have the most natural looking white output I have seen with RGB tape. They worked very well with the controller I paired them with and my customer was extremely satisfied with the end result. This install has landed me three new install jobs.

In theory this works great. Honestly, I wouldn’t repurchase this for anything. I’d get something where everything is included and I didn’t have to cut into anything to start. If it’s your first time working with this, just know you’re going to cut off more of your lights you just bought to even set it up. Directions? You get an index card and that’s it.It asked for a review of the remote which is not even included in this set to bear in mind.

These high desnsity LEDs are super bright!! I bought this strip to replace a similar LED light strip (single density). You can get a more intense light effect when using the high density LED lights and can actually use less total strip to achieve the same effect.The adhesive strip backing is still an issue. Need to supplement it with something stronger .

The media could not be loaded.  Love these lights! They work perfect for under my kitchen cabinets. Highly recommended.

I love Hitlights. I installed one roll and over the last 12 months I have used at least 8 more and fully anticipate using at least 11 more over the next 12 months. Initially I used them under my cabinets, wife loves the counter all lit up and often uses them as accent lighting when we have company. Then I started using them as indirect lighting on my deck and pavilion. They are simple to install and work great. Great product, in my yard I have them on timers and it is so beautiful to look out at night and see the back yard all lit up. Marvin
