Effective supplement
I bought Magnesium Glycinate to help my muscles relax at night and prevent cramping. It’s been incredibly effective. Not only that, but I’ve noticed that it helps keep digestion running smoothly and also enhances a better night’s sleep. All this in 2 tiny capsules before bed each night.

Sleeping Better
This is Pure Magnesium Glycinate. I've been having trouble sleeping due to severe low back and shoulder pain. I take Two of the 200 mg capsules about an hour before sleep and WOW I get drowsy enough to go to sleep for at least 4-6 hours. Also I notice lower day time aches. I also don't wake up drowsy.

Wonderful to deal with an understanding seller
Unfortunately, the capsule part of these did not work for me. It’s a great product and dealing with the seller was simply a wonderful experience. Very kind very understanding.

Improved my sleep
This product has helped me to relax before my bedtime. It has also helped me with the limb nerves restlessness I felt as I tried to fall asleep. I would say I am very happy with the product.

Highly satisfactory, no negative side effects
Short version: I find that this supplement is of excellent quality as in I feel better and do not seem to be experiencing any bad effects, while I am experiencing beneficial effects. I plan to get it again when I am running out, though I'm probably going to look into the coupon card that was included in the box.Long version: Previously took magnesium oxide before I really did any supplements research whatsoever. It didn't really seem to help very much (I wonder why). When I ran out of that, and started on the citrate I had gotten to replace it, realized I would have to take two of the citrate to get the same "amount" as the oxide. In addition, the citrate had an undesirable side effect. So, I went on a reading rampage and found all this information about all the different forms of magnesium you can get. Then, I tried to track one down of the ones unlikely to produce ill effects, and from reviews on those, I ended up reading about the magnesium stearate add-in saga, too.I concluded that the magnesium stearate thing was not of that much concern to me in most of the supplements I take that have it, since they're either ones that contain a ridiculous % or ones that I don't want to absorb OVERLY quickly/effectively (and since I have never suffered ill effects from taking supplements containing magnesium stearate), but that for magnesium since it wears SO many hats and is necessary to the absorption of SO many other things, I might as well be sure and go ahead and get this one without it.I am very happy with this product and will buy again. I take 2x in the mid morning with vitamin C a couple hours after breakfast (since that includes green tea and the tannins would interfere with absorption). I can take it with or without food. Assuming I time my vitamins right throughout the day, I also take 2x in the mid afternoon a couple of hours after lunch, since I take calcium with lunch and I don't want them colliding. I do also take vitamin D, separately. I know they all work together to absorb each other and stuff and have concluded from everything I've read that it's best to take them all separately. At any rate, magnesium. I now have it absorbed. Yay! ^_^
