This is my second bottle. They seem to work well, mild on the stomach and definitely make a difference in muscle cramping and electrolyte boost.

I'm not taking electrolytes supplements for any specific health reasons, but it's hard to underestimate the importance of electrolytes for my keto diet. I am a big fan of keto collagen from preferred elements, so when they announced new electrolyte supplement, I immediately bought myself a bottle to try... and it worked wonders! I do 16/8 fasting, and it wasn't always a smooth experience, at least for me. I've been taking electrolytes for over a month now, and there is a big difference - I take two pills every morning, and they keep me going until midday. I could probably say that my overall energy and consciousness levels have also improved since I started using the electrolytes, so right product and great deal considering the macros and that one bottle is going to last me 90 days.

I just got back from a Florida vacation. It's not the best time of the year to go there, but I had no choice, and these electrolytes were lifesavers! I can never stand the heat, so I took the bottle with me because I wanted to see if it's true that an electrolytes supplement is going to work and help me stay hydrated in hot weather. I'm so glad I did - after a couple of hours in the sun I'd take two-three pills with a bottle of water, and it felt so much better, I would easily spend another couple of hours on the beach, something I could hardly do before, without electrolytes. I almost fell in love with Florida in July LOL Thanks so much for this great product!

Just started with. Everything seems in order. It's nice to have it all in one pill, instead of having to deal with separates. An "ought to" or in some cases a must, if you're taking a diuretic.

I have been taking them a week but can’t really tell. I just restarted keto and hoped to avoid the “keto flu” that I’ve gotten the other 3 times I started keto lol. I can say I haven’t had it as badly but I still do feel pretty rough. They are flavorless and a good value. They are pretty large for me to swallow.

I got this electrolyte supplement to replace the electrolytes powder I’ve been taking. The pills are more convenient for me, and I like that the amount of my most crucial potassium magnesium supplement is higher than I can get from the powder with almost twice as many servings for a lesser price. They work great as far as I can compare to other electrolytes supplements I’ve come across, they give me the energy and generally make me feel awake. I highly recommend to anyone looking to add electrolytes to their keto lifestyle.

This product worked great for me since I'm currently on a keto diet. I used to experience headaches that would keep me up at night.
