I'm not a brand snob at all, and I'm quite happy to buy the shops own brands. For me personally this is the best and works best for me. The taste is better than shop own brand ones and makes me feel that little bit better. I recently spent three days in bed with the flu and I used these and they helped me feel better. I even prefer these then mixing my own lemon and honey.

Nothing better when you are sick
These are my go to when I'm feeling poorly. For some reason all the other brands/ versions have caffeine in them which is the opposite of what I want when I'm lying in bed trying to sleep off a flu. Thats why I always buy these! I've experienced no negative side effects.
