Very easy to report a problem and Ike a claim. Response was immediate and refund came the same day. Good job, Asurion!

I ordered a LED light at Amazon and bought a 4-year protect plan from Asurion in May 2022. Unfortunately the light didn't work last mouth, simply submitted a claim and got my money back within couple days. will use it again.

I had made purchase of a outdoor dusk to dawn light, at the time of the purchase I also purchased the Asurion 4 yr protection plan, just over 1 year the light would not work correctly being it would not turn off when it turned light outside, I found my purchase on Amazon and filed a claim, it was very easy to do, with in the 1st few minuets Asurion issued a refund in the amount of my purchase. The refund was in the form of a Amazon gift card. This was good, the only thing that could make things better is to offer the customer different forms of refund, like a Visa gift card or a refund back to the original payment form like PayPal, your bank card etc..But things were good just the funds are in my Amazon account on my next Amazon purchase

I have bought several Asurion protection plans from Amazon when I was buying something else. The problem I have is that it's as if the Asurion protection plan gets hidden from the item that I purchased it for. There should be a way to log into Asurion and see all of the warranties that I have purchased on what devices they are covering. I've never used an Asurion protection plan yet on anything that I have purchased so that's good and also a possible waste of money. We shall see if I ever have to try file a claim on something. I do like warranties and the price for Asurion from Amazon is reasonable to me. I just went to my most recent order where I purchased an Assurion protection plan and the plan is a separate order from the item that I purchased it for. So it makes it more difficult knowing what item you were actually buying the extended warranty for. This is simply ridiculous. When you place the order you are buying the item and the warranty at one time but, when you go look at your order afterwards the warranty is a completely separate order. This needs fixing badly.

I purchased a set of garden solar lights a couple of years ago, and the Asurion warranty ad popped up (which I usually just click the x to make it go away), but for $3.99 they were offering a four year warranty on the whole set. I had $4 remaining on a gift card - so said "oh what the heck - these lights won't last that long in the Nevada weather anyway so maybe I will get more than my money's worth if I get this warranty". Wasn;t sure if they would cover them being killed off due to Nevada sun though. Purchased the warranty, took a screenshot of the two orders together on my orders page, then put it on the wall of my gardening shed via thumbtack... and forgot all about it. Through two hot summers and a couple of snowy winters, several of them died and my husband commented about needing to get a new set this spring... and I remembered the warranty! Went to Asurion website, completed the claim along with photos of a couple of the deceased lights and the screen shot again from Amazon order page and submitted it. ONE DAY LATER - YES, ONE SINGLE DAY LATER.. I get an email stating they have approved the claim and provided an Amazon gift card # for the entire amount of the set of lights! WOW!! GREAT SERVICE!!! And yes, I will very likely to use Asurion warranty on future products! Thanks Asurion!

I VERY seldom have to make a claim on an warranty policy but every once in a great while, stuff happens that is not under your control. In this case, I purchased a warranty on a Ninja coffee brewing system. I bought a two year warranty. On the 20th month of that policy, the Ninja began randomly FLOODING the countertop with water! I cleaned it, I checked the gasket on the water tank to be sure it was in place and as usual maintenance, lubricated the rubber with restaurant-grade lubricant. A trick i learned in the restaurant business 20 years ago! Still it continued to flood the counter. Not every time but 2 or 3 times per week. Looking back in my Amazon order history, I realized I had purchased an Asurion warranty on the beast so I contacted them and made a claim. The process was simple from beginning to end. Within 24 hours they approved my claim and emailed a prepaid UPS shipping label. The morning I dropped the box at the shipping store here in town, I received an email from Asurion telling me a credit would be issued to my Amazon account within 48 hours. That same day I received another email saying my credit was complete. I went on Amazon, entered the gift card number I received and immediately was able to start shopping! If you are still unsure about an Asurion warranty, WHY? Just buy it if you're making a purchase valuable enough that you don't have to depend on a slow, sluggish manufacturer warranty!
