I own several supplements from this brand and none of them disappoint. They are so affordable and effective. This product in particular is great. It seems like every liver supplement out there is different. This brand said screw it and loaded it up with seemingly every single one of them out there. I had to get a complete physical done for my new job. The first blood results indicated that I had elevated liver enzymes. I had just returned from Africa where I was taking anti malaria tablets which could have been the contributing factor. Alcohol cannot be ruled out either because on expat jobs people have a tendency to consume a lot more than one would back home. Any way, I ordered this supplement after reading the reviews on Amazon, and took it as directed. I had follow up liver panels done the following two weeks and noticed a significant reduction in my liver enzymes. I was completely off of alcohol in this period and consumed a much healthier diet with lots of antioxidants especially avocados and pomegranates. The results are listed below: Week 1: ALT - 112 AST - 107 GGT - 129 Week 2: ALT - 86 AST - 66 GGT - 140 Week 3: ALT - 51 AST - 40 GGT - 106 The normal reference interval for ALT according to LabCorp is 0-44 IU/L and for AST it is 0-40 IU/L. Upper limit for GGT is 65 IU/L. I read somewhere that GGT is very sensitive to alcohol consumption and remains elevated for at least 4-5 weeks after one stops drinking (long half life). I am sticking to coffee and green tea for now and hope that in the next few weeks I can bring the remaining enzymes in the normal range. My AST has already come within the range but probably needs to be reduced further. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is struggling with moderately elevated liver enzymes. Also, in my case results for Hepatitis B/C were negative. Give it a try and stay healthy.

It has a little bit of a taste even though it's a capsule but it gets the job done. I've been using it on and off for months for my high liver enzyme levels and my enzyme levels have been getting lower ever since so I would call that a win. I would give this 5 if it didn't have a slight taste to it.

In my mid 20s I partied hard and took health supplements for working out . Alcohol is bad for your body and other man made proteins and creatine. If you want to take supplements don't take these workout and pre-workout powders are harmful for your body .
