Just make sure you take it into a vacuum when you get it to get any moisture or impurities out. As long as you don't mix different refrigerants into the same tank you are fine. **Q: With what gas is the cylinder filled when delivered? If it's nitrogen, I'd like to use it to pressure-test a system before using it for recovery.** A: It's filled with nitrogen, but it may not contain enough gas for pressure testing? **Q: Can the tank handle 410a in a van on a 90 degree day.** A: Well the relief valve pressure is 600 psi so at 90 degrees 410a is at about 275 psig so I would say you would be fine. The tanks for 410a need a minimum of a 400 psi rating.
