I like this facial steamer! It gives out a lot of steam to cover your face!The water heat up really fast about 30-40 second steam will start. It also comes with a set of tools for extraction. It has been used several times. It works well.Just wanted to buy something that is easy to operate. This steamer doesn't offer much function it just one button-on and offI actually use this much more than I thought because it's so easy.

The media could not be loaded. My steamer is everything I imagined and more! I love taking care of my skin and this steamer just made my skin care routine 10x’s better. I have been hooten and hollering since I’ve used it. I already posted videos on my Instagram story and gotten a lot of feedback. I sent several people the link already. Easy to use & just all around perfect. I can’t imagine my skin care routine with out my steamer now.

Stopped working after 2 uses. Started to spit hot water, but no steam! It is going back.UPDATEOkay, I'm a little calmer today. It worked fine the first 2 times I used it and all was good. The next time I went to use it I noticed it was taking longer to heat up and I could hear it heating and so I positioned myself for the steam and it spit hot water on my face. I waited and tried it again, same thing. NOTE: box was in poor condition upon arrival, but steamer appeared to function until it didn't.

Love love love. Use twice a week. Smells clean, heats up quickly, easy to use for facials.

It says it is for 110V and 220V. It worked fine on 110V. I bough it for trip oversees where 220V is used and it will not turn on. On device it says 110/220v and description states the same.At home it worked fine, heats up quickly but there is no automatic shut off or any steam control so it can get too hot.

I didn’t like this because you can’t put anything in it...I wanted to add tea bags and there’s no room for them. But I guess it would be ok if you just want steam from plain water.
