Sleep distruptions are a beast!!! But this product is amazing in its ability to get me to sleep and help me stay that way!! I love that this is a plant based melatonin supplement... that still helps with all the 'other benefits' you get from taking standard melatonin. I wake up without any groggy feelings, ready to face the day no matter the demands ahead. I really love this product and if you need a little help getting and staying asleep, this Heratonin will help.
