Great to Prevent Mosquito Bites
We live in the southeast and have a lot of mosquitoes. I take this every day and it helps keep me from getting bitten by mosquitoes. I know it sounds weird but it is a trick taught to me by my mother-in-law.

but i dint realize this form of b1 thiamine hcl is a synthetic version of b1 not the natural , good for short term use for getting body healed , with high doses for a short term like several months but need to find a natural version . as usual dr clarke store is pure and high quality .

No fillers!!!
I take two supplements from this brand. Both contain no fillers, which is saying a lot these days. If you take the time to read ingredients in supplements, you know that the trend is to add more and more fillers. Even sand! (aka, "Silicone dioxide.")The only reason I buy supplements with fillers is if there are no other options. Which is why I was really happy to find this brand on Amazon.The other thing I do is take a minute (truly, it doesn't take much time) to find out the most absorbable form of an ingredient (e.g., Vitamin D3 versus D), and, what complementary ingredients you want to look for in a formula that also help with absorption.For instance, Vitamin K helps with Vitamin D3; Turmeric needs Piperine - the active ingredient in Black Pepper - to be absorbed. I consider all of this a minor investment in ensuring I'm taking quality supplements that have the best chance of actually working!Highly recommend this brand. No fillers and reasonably priced.
