A must-have tool with a perfect fit
These greaser tools fit perfectly and work exactly as they should. If you own a Polaris Ranger, they are a must-have for maintenance. They make servicing your front and rear wheel bearings incredibly easy and save a ton of time.

Is what it is. There may be a technique for it but grease passed the o-ring for me at first. The aluminum is softer than you think and a drop from around 4 or 5 feet left some decent dents. That possibly could cause an issue but was fine.

I’ve only used the one to grease front wheel bearings and it works fine new the kit had 2 different sizes bearing packer’s but it also came with extra grease zerts and O-Rings which was niceI think this is a good investment if you have a Polaris Ranger

40mm works front to big for rear
40mm works on front hub on my 2022 polaris ranger 1000 xp premium crew .. no idea what the 44 mm fits.. as the 40mm does not fit the rear hubs on my unit

Pre grease the o rings before use
Works amazing on our 2021 ranger. Remember to turn it a quarter turn each time you grease the bearings. This way the whole bearing gets grease. I took the first o ring off because they were rolling inside the bearings as the second o ring holds the grease from coming out. If you have a a utv or quad you need this tool to grease your bearings a few times during the season. This tool saves you from replacing wheel bearings

These bearing greaser adapters are specific to specific Polaris side by side ATV models. They are very effective in allowing you to sufficiently grease both the front and rear wheel bearings on certain Polaris ATV. These adapters are very well machined and fit very nicely. A bit expensive but a great tool that will greatly extend the life expectancy of your ATVs wheel bearings.
