A friend recommended this to me to help with nighttime muscle spasms. I also clinch my jaw and grind my teeth in my sleep and was hoping this would help. I know it’s doing something because I get super relaxed and very tired after I take them. I pretty much fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking them. That’s good for me because it usually takes me a while to relax and get comfortable. I’m not sure it’s a miracle cure for anything but I know magnesium is good for you and most people are deficient.
