The weight sits in the middle: warm enough for cool mornings, not so heavy that it feels like a blanket. Choose your size from the chart rather than your shirt size. Small is 42 inches long with a 52-inch sweep, a 19-inch sleeve, a 7.5-inch cuff and a 10-inch armpit. Medium is 44 inches long with a 54-inch sweep and a 20-inch sleeve. Large is 48 inches long with a 59-inch sweep, a 20-inch sleeve and an 11.5-inch armpit. XX-Large is 54 inches long with a 62-inch sweep, a 21-inch sleeve and a 12.5-inch armpit. If you are between sizes, take the larger one for more overlap at the front. The belt threads through a loop at the waist so it stays with the robe in the wash, there is a hanger loop for a bathroom hook, and the two front pockets are double-stitched and deep enough for a phone. This appears to be a good product for the $. The size is off. I am a male 5'8" tall and weigh 150 pounds. I normally wear a small or medium in shirts. I ordered the MEDIUM and it was too tight and short. I sent it back and purchased the LARGE. If fits perfect. I washed the robe and it held up well and is soft and comfortable.
