USA GEAR TrueSHOT Camera Strap

I have more camera straps than I can count and this by far is my favorate! I have a bad back and often struggle with the weight of my camera and lenses but this strap has solved that, I used it for 4 hours yesterday and have never had such a comfortable strap. The design is lovely I always like a strap that’s a bit different as I hate the branded straps I find them pretentious (no offence intended) the pockets are very useful, the battery pocket is secured by Velcro making it safe, the memory card slot isn’t secured by anything which is one thing I don’t like because as a Tog I’m often in positions which could cause the memory card to slip out so this is one feature I don’t use, I will however put a spare card in the battery slot. The quick release is useful and feels secure. All in all this is a great product at a price that is unbelievable for the comfort and quality you receive. I will be buying more in different designs.

My order was received very quickly. This is my third USA Gear Neck Strap and for me they are the best strap available. Comfortable around the neck that seems to ease the load and the straps are well made. The various colours and patterns are attractive and the four accessory pockets are really useful. The release clips are sturdy but are not to stiff to unclip with ease. Well recommended as far as I'm concerned. Up-date. I now have five of these straps for my Nikons and Panasonic Lumix cameras. Can't fault them at all. Depending on the camera, the metal rings aren't always needed and to those reviewers who say they won't fit their cameras are talking rubbish.

I take my camera with me round my neck while out with my dog every day, but in the cold weather the battery kept running out and I kept forgetting to take a spare with me. I wanted a strap with pockets to carry a spare battery and memory card, and this looked just the job. And it is. Each compartment takes both a battery for my Olympus EM-1 and a 32GB memory card. It's already really comfortable, much more than the original Olympus strap which came with the camera. It has a lot of give in it, which is a bit bouncing and disconerting to start with, but I'm getting used to it. The strap is long, but no longer than most camera straps. I'm only 5ft 2", have it as short as it will go, and my camera body sits just above my belly button which is fine by me. I'm not sure why one tall male reviewer said it was way too long for him, seems odd. It's sturdy. Again, another reviewer says the straps keep coming loose and they probably will if you feed the strap back through the top of the buckle. You need to do it from underneath, which is fiddly but means the strap is very secure then (I know this from the instructions which came with my Olympus strap). All in all I can recommend.

Well made, easy to fit and detach, brighter than your typical strap. Useful pockets for cards and batteries.

This has the feeling of a quality camera strap - long enough to wear across the body, strong enough for a large DSLR, battery grip and large lens. It's soft and spongey enough to be comfortable and the foam lining means it is fairly non-slip as well. The fabric has a certain amount of 'stretch' which takes a little getting used to as it may give the impression of being a bit insecure. I love the integral pockets which are perfect for spare batteries and data cards. All in all, it does everything you would want of a camera strap.

I bought this strap, as the one that came with my camera was worse than useless. What a fantastic purchase it has proved to be ... very comfortable, the perfect overall dimensions, and with added storage built in as a bonus! Add the fact that the colouring makes for a refreshingly different aesthetic appearance to the end result, then you can guess that I am more than pleased with this sturdily constructed accessory. Oh, and before I end this review, making this strap water resistant is the icing on one yummy cake! This is one very happy photographer ...

This is a great product, but unless you're 8 foot tall, it's unnecessarily long. I am 5'10" and shortened the straps to about 3-5 cm from the leather sticking to hang a Canon 7D mk II so that it rests against my stomach. Any longer and it would be playing metronome with my Crown Jewels. If you're below 5' 5" I'd say you'd struggle to make it work for you. The neoprene is very comfortable too, stretches/bounces a bit with a large camera (weight) attached too, so that also factors into length. The colour schemes aren't ideal, most photographers don't want a 'shouty' neck strap, but maybe that's personal choice too. The SD card pockets are too deep, so a bit useless because they are too fiddly to get cards out of. Otherwise, excellent value for money as it does what you'd expect.

Bought as a present for a camera enthusiast. Clear instructions of how to use included on the packaging. Very well made, plenty of pockets for accessories. Fully adjustable, comfortable to wear, lightweight, but not at all flimsy. Would highly recommend.

I haven't owned this strap very long, but so far I like it a lot. It doesn't dig into my neck as much as the standard Nikon strap did and is quite comfortable. The pockets for extra batteries, etc. are very handy. I also like the quick release buckles. It is a neoprene type material and therefore a bit stretchy. My camera with telephoto lens is just over 3lbs so time will tell how the strap holds up. The straps that connect to the rings on the camera aren't quite as high quality as the Nikon strap that came with the camera so it makes me a bit nervous as I have a lot of $ invested in my camera gear but so far it seems to be holding the weight of the camera well. As is now, I would recommend this strap to others. I really hope it holds up as it is nice and a great bargain.

Schöner Tragegurt und durch die Breite sehr bequem zu tragen,passend zur Tasche;) Durch die Klippverschlüsse schnell zu lösen,falls die Kamera mal im Makrobereich oder Bodennähe gebraucht wird.Auch schön noch die kleinen Taschen am Gurt für Kleinkram/Tabletten oder Kugelschreiber.Und auch der Gurt ist bestens verarbeitet und liegt gut am Hals an.

Estoy encantada con esta correa. El neopreno le da cierta elasticidad que el resto de correas no tienen y que al final del día hace que el cuello se resienta. .el estampado... genial. Fue el que escogí.

Got this for my shooting partner and she LOVES it! Makes carrying the 5D3 with a 24-70mm version 2 lens around all day at a wedding quite comfortable. Recommend!

Cette lanière est bien pratique: en effet, elle est longue - mais on peut la raccourcir, elle est "déclipsable" pour ne pas gêner, par exemple lorsque l'appareil photo est placé sur un trépied; la petite pochette près des clips gauche et droit me permettent d'y glisser 1 carte mémoire de réserve. Certes, il a fallu quelques jours à température d'intérieur pour que le néoprène neuf à la livraison s'assouplisse, mais sa manipulation quasi quotidienne continue de l'assouplir. Je recommande ce produit très confortable à porter en tour de cou ou éventuellement en bandoulière sur l'épaule.
