Okay I will say I was a bit worried about trying this but after only 2 days. I felt great. My doctors have been trying to figure out for years what was causing all my symptoms. I have had 4 thyroid ultra sounds, 2 thyroid biospies(not cancer). My doctor did not want to treat my symptons because my blood work was okay.If you have done your homework like I have you know that doesn't mean anything. My thyroid has been enlarged for years with multiple goiters. I decided to take my health into my own hands and try supplements. I love them. I didn't have to take my zoloft or ADHD meds at all. I had not problem remebering things or being tired. I only had one problem, I break out in hives daily, rashes on my feet, arms, face. I didn't know what it was until I decided to stop the pills and see what happens. The rashes went away. I did more research and found out I'm one of those sensitive people that is allergic to one ingredients guggul. I forgot how sensitive I am, LOL. Read insert below. I’m not sure if these are effective for thyroid but I have noticed increased energy and positive mood which is saying something. I have tried all the things marketed primarily for mood and never found anything that worked. Wanted this for possible thyroid and weight management - jury is out on that - but I keep taking it for the mood boost. Also no side effects that I’ve noticed.
