Impressed with Impressa!
I find that using Impressa has significantly improved my bladder control. I'm not going to the bathroom excessively ALL DAY or having accidents or near misses.. I just feel more confident. Start with the starter kit to determine your correct size. In the beginning I had difficulty inserting it into my vagina. I wasn't able to press the "tampon" out of the tubing. I had success by removing the tampon from the tubing and applying a dab of water-based lube to the head of it. I was them able to use my hand to slide it into place. DRAWBACK: The price. I find it expensive, approximately $32-$35 per order. You only get 21 pieces instead of 30 which I would consider a month's supply. I plan to use them only on the days I plan to be away from home to keep the cost within my budget. All in all, I like this product, and I plan to share this information with my friends.

Poise Impressa #2.
I have been using these for years due to a bladder prolapse & they work very good. Strings a little too long, so i cute it right below the knot. My GYN gives me estradiol vaginal cream .01% to insert 1st & this works great. i see her once a year to get a prescription & refills. Love these. Wish they were sold in stores. They pop open when inserted like a tampon but they are 2 small cubes. Oh yeah, I am a senior & no surgery needed yet. 👍🏻🥰

FINALLY DRY AGAIN!
For years I struggled with leaking while playing soccer and running. I was so embarrassed; I thought I had to just accept that this was my life now after having kids until my friend told me about this item. I figured I'd give it a try because nothing could be worse than my current situation. And guess what? I. Was. Dry!! For the first time since giving birth and playing sports - I WAS DRY. Easy to use. Easy to remove. DRY. NO LEAKS. I have never felt more confident playing soccer or running. Go for it! You deserve to get your confidence back, too!

Great alternative to pads
These go in a lot like a tampon. Once inserted it helps with the random leaks and less worry when swimming or on a trampoline. When removing it comes out like a tampon as well but looks like a prism shaped hour glass. It's not meant to absorb the accidents but prevent or reduce them.

Quality issues with this product
My wife purchased this product and here's her review: I have been using this product for years and I really like it as it definitely stops the leaking when I'm exercising and they are also very comfortable to use. However, this box of bladder supports are very uncomfortable. They don't stay in place, I can feel it and when I sit or bend over, they actually hurt. Feels like the edged are poking me. This happened one other time a year or so ago. If you have experienced a similar issue, it's not you, it's the bladder supports. I hope I can get a refund. I opened another box and the support was very comfortable. Definitely a quality control issue.

These help control the bladder
I really like how Impressa helps to support my bladder and keeps it from leaking. I use it especially when I'm traveling on flights because the bathroom is so far away and the flight is so long. I try to hold it through the flight so I really have to go when I deplane and the Impressa helps to control the leakage until I reach the restroom. It's pretty easy to insert but I find I have to use the applicator to push it a little further into the vagina to avoid discomfort. If it wasn't for the cost, I'd use them far more often than I do, as I do appreciate having dry underwear.

Not sure
So, wow…here’s my thought: I have very mild incontinence. I usually just use a light day mini pad. I have used regular tampons for long days or special events where I didn’t want to take a chance even with a mini pad—but I did worry a little about a tampon bc it’s not necessarily designed for a watery gush as much as for a slower thicker all day absorbency. SO, I thought since these were designed for that purpose, maybe the actual shape or material would be more beneficial for our “inner lining” tissues…so to speak. So, I chose the lightest-smallest option in Poise. They are huge! Also, the diagram of its design shows that this “tampon” is meant to push up on your urethra to tilt it up as a preventative. It also goes into depth about how this product may be uncomfortable bc of this design. It may take time to get use to it OR not. It may always be uncomfortable for some. Plus it indicates that for older women with less moisture…this product may contribute to that…so, all of that being said…I haven’t even tried one of these!! But, I thought I’d put my thoughts out here bc if I’d been able to read the insert/flyer in the box I probably would’ve figured this product isn’t for very light incontinence & saved my $$…these things aren’t cheap!

I see a pelvic floor therapist for pelvic floor issues like stress urinary incontinence following a couple of difficult births. It's affected my life greatly as I'm limited in the physical activities I can do and I have to keep everything low-impact. Not necessarily how I envisioned my 30s to look like. I decided to give these a try to help me while I regain strength in my pelvic floor. These are a GAMECHANGER. I cried out of JOY the first time I ran on a treadmill without issue. It was so nice to regain some control over basic bodily functions. If you want to be able to run, do plyometrics, get these. They're cheaper to buy here than in-pharmacy. Worth the $1.50 per run from my perspective. My cardiovascular health and maintaining a healthy body is more important to me than the small risks involved with using these. I haven't had any issues - but I also remove the device as soon as I'm done. I started with size 1, which seems to support me well enough. It might be trial/error for some.

I had a very bad experience with my latest box of Poise Bladder Support. I use daily for my fitness classes. In the passed week the cord has come off when inserted. It was a problem to remove. This is the first time it has happened but it has happened twice with this one box. It is very dangerous. Just want to make you aware this has happened. Very frightening.

I've had two natural births and the small size fits and worked great. No leakage. It is bigger that a tampon but not too much bigger.
