It seems to be fantastic quality for the price but it's not made for gals with thicker thighs. We've tried 2 sizes and have had to return both because the leg openings are too tight. All else fit, just the leg holes were small.

First, I have 5 kids and they have all done gymnastics at some point. One of them competed and has been doing it since she was 2 years old. No, this is not going to match up to GK Elite or other well known brands. But for the price, you can't beat it. I got it for a family friend who had never done gymnastics before and is doing it recreationally. There are no stores near us that sells gymnastics clothes so I had to order multiple styles and sizes to find ones that will fit.This one is true to size. The kid I ordered it for wears a 10/12 and is an average shaped kid, not too tall or too skinny or overweight. I ordered a lot of sizes and the 11/12 was the one that fit her best. Its loose, but if her mom dries it (by accident) it will still fit her. She tried on a 9/10 and that fitted her perfectly, but with no room (the way I would by a competitive leo for my kid who's been doing it for 8 years). There is a lining on the inside so that the stitching doesn't irritate, which is always a plus. There was a complaint about the leg holes being took small, but I did not have that issue.So if you are looking for a rec quality leo to wear to practice, it's a good choice. It stretches where it needs and the fabric is nice and shiny. I do not know how well it's going to hold up but the stitching on it looks good. Other benefit is that is comes in different colors and styles, so when we need more I know where to get some.

My 7.5 year old daughter uses this for gymnastics. I put it in the washer and dryer accidentally, and even though it says hand wash it held up completely fine. Cute bright colors as shown. My daughter is slightly tall for her age with a long torso. I ordered her the 9-10 thinking it would be better to be slightly larger than small and it fit well with a little tiny room for growth. I wold buy this again in a heartbeat...especially for the price!

We ordered this, and it fits as expected, which is awesome! It’s made with great material, and it was overall a great purchase! I highly recommend!

This leotard fit well however it is of poor quality. When we hand washed the silver came off of the embellishments and they are either green underneath the silver paint or turned green. Either way the leotard is now unusable, I don't recommend washing it. Too bad too because my daughter loved it.

Beautiful leotard! Colors are just as pictured and the fit is perfect for my daughter. She is 5 years old and wears a size 6/small. It says dry clean only though (only reason I gave it 4 stars) so I’m not sure how it will hold up to washing as I have yet to wash it. Hopefully it will last through a gentle cycle.

My kid is in gymnastics and has worn lots of gymnastics outfits. She regularly come home with really red places of her skin my the arms and legs where the edges of this rub her skin the wrong way. It's a really pretty outfit, but not well made and not worth it. Unless, perhaps, one is wearing for show and not to work out in - like a costume.

My granddaughter loves this leotard for gymnastics. Besides being a beautiful little leotard, the accents are blue, which is her favorite color! Obviously, that will not be a plus for everyone, but it is a bright and perfect blue! It stays in place and looks great!
