UGREEN USB to Ethernet Adapter, Plug and Play 1Gbps Aluminium Adapter

Just what I needed for my new laptop which didn't come with an ethernet port. Worked great straight from the box and seems to be of good quality too for the price. Easy to use so would recommend this product.

I'm using Windows 11, and the adapter was recognised and working within seconds of being plugged in—no drivers, no software, no fuss. It’s the definition of plug-and-play. Its small size makes it incredibly portable, and it has now earned a permanent spot in my laptop bag.

Bought this because I needed a wired internet connection on a device without an Ethernet port. Plugged it into the USB port, connected the Ethernet cable and it worked straight away. No messing around with drivers or settings. Connection has been stable and it’s a much better option than relying on Wi-Fi when I need a solid connection. It’s also small enough to throw in a laptop bag without taking up any space. Simple bit of kit that does exactly what it’s supposed to. Very happy with it.

I bought this item in an attempt to increase the speed of connection into my smart TV. Unfortunately it did not work. I don't see any failure being attributed to the product or company at all it was a risk I was willing to take. It is most likely a TV USB issue or perhaps a driver one. However I have now used the product to connect my router to my family's Switch. The product feels robust. It does not feel like it is ready to fall apart. Very simple to use and have seen the speed increase as it states with listing. I would recommend this product for laptops and for games consoles. For the price, it is worth trying if you want to try on smart TV but like me be prepared for it not to work.

UGREEN’s products have an increasing reputation for quality at an affordable price and this little USB-C Ethernet adapter does not disappoint. You simply plug an Ethernet cable into one end, and stuff the other end into a USB-C port on your laptop (or phone or iPad) and bingo! You’re connected over Ethernet to your network. Ethernet connections tend to be faster and more stable than WiFi and this let’s you take advantage of that. It draws a tiny amount of power from your laptop so no external power supply is required. Two small lights on either side of the Ethernet port discretely show you that you’re connected and that data is beings transmitted/received. It’s a solidly built bit of kit that weighs barely nothing so you can easily carry it with you. It also looks pretty stylish, matching the “space grey” of many Apple products. Style points, UGREEN. I would have liked a slightly longer cable, but this is a minor point. Just be aware that it’s only 1GB so if you want 2.5GB or 10GB speeds, you’ll need a different adapter, but for most people, 1GB speeds will be absolutely fine.

I always buy UGREEN. Great quality. Always reliable. Does what it says. Reliable. No fuss. No complaints.

So far so good. Used it in conjunction with an otg micro USB y cable to replace the original fire stick Ethernet adapter to get round the 100mb cap. Had it connected to my eero 6e satellite node via Ethernet but only got 54mb. Now getting 300mb. Very happy

Worked fine, needed to have an ethernet direct connection to set up a cellular WiFi. Laptop did not have one. This worked seamlessly. Had no interest in connection speed, just needed something that function - the connection speed was much faster than the modem

Working great with Apple laptops, Linux Mint and Win.

If the motherboard ethernet on your PC seems to disconnect. This is a good alternative solution to alleviate such problem
