Not for tour packs with installed luggage rack; has small pockets.
I bought this product because the one I really wanted went out of stock and no known date available. My review is for my experience. Organizer may be suited better for people with different circumstances. First, this product really needs the mounting tabs as seen elsewhere to put under bolts holding down luggage rack. If nothing else for the backup to hook and loop strips. Second, the pockets are a little too small. They will serve a purpose to get some things up and out of the tour pack. But don't expect gloves and other like items to fit well or at all. Third, I am not completely pleased with price versus expectations. Product does seem to be put together very well. Strong seams where sewn together. Overall I will use product and it will serve a purpose but maybe I should have waited on competitor's out of stock item.

Poor adhesive
Adhesive didn’t stick, I cleaned area with alcohol and the adhesive didn’t stick to surface

Velcro is poor quality. Will not stay stuck in the summer

The adhesive on the Velcro is of poor quality.
I don't care for the way this fits the tour pak lid.
