5 Inch Dark Walnut Plastic Tapered Sofa Legs, Set of 4

We received delivery of a futon sofa from TArget.com. First let me say; NEVER order from TARGET.COM or anyone other than vendors from/through Amazon. Target customer service was a joke. After 5 calls and 2 weeks of trying to get replacement sofa legs for the futon which had arrived with any at all... they had no solutions for us other than sending the whole thing back to them. ARRGHNOW for the good stuff:Thank Heavens for Amazon and Good Life Products! I was able to find replacement legs in 10 Minutes on Amazon... The new parts arrived in 4 days, cross-continent, using standard shipping. And they worked just great! Thanks Amazon and GLP. I appreciate you both being there for otherwise frustrated (and legless) consumers.As for Target.COM. : An unfortunate comment of the state of brick and mortar legacy companies. I will not be surprised to hear They and their parent organizations have declared bankruptcy one day due to poor business practices and horrendous customer service.

Great price for an easy fix for my ottoman that kept sliding around the room. I needed ones that were 5-inches and these were the best price.They legs are't visible on my ottoman (the stool has fabric that hangs down over them)so the fat they were plastic didn't really matter. Although I must say they ook pretty good. It was very easy to just unscrew the castor wheels off my ottoman and just screw in these new legs.They are size 15/16 which is standard.They are fairly lightweight, but there isn't a lot of weight thats ever sent on it.I paid a little over $12 for 4 and thought price really good. Now they are down to $10.49 so buy now.

After measuring my sofa legs, I decided this 5-inch one was the part I needed. Ordered and arrived in TWO DAYS! Very, very fast delivery. The part was the same exact part that came with my sofa, it fit perfectly and was very easy to install (although lifting the sofa was not easy). I had a leg on our sofa that had broken (plastic leg) and this was purchased as a replacement. It matched perfectly and was exactly the same length. The legs come with the screw bolts already screwed in, which screw into the sofa. The bolts can be taken off if needed which will leave you with just the plastic legs. I was hoping to be able to purchase just one leg, but I have three backup legs now in case I break another one. A+ service and speedy delivery, I highly recommend. Thanks!

These are standard furniture legs, not heavy duty (solid or reinforced), but sufficient. There are 4 ribs attaching the interior post to the outer shell. They do not come with nuts. They are exactly 5" tall, not the 4 3/4" another poster suggested. The discrepancy may be due to the 1/8" tall, smooth and rounded, weight bearing portion at the bottom that actually contacts the floor, not visible in the pictures, making the actual bottom 1 1/4". This matches exactly a Leavitt's sectional couch which I repaired with these legs. As stated in the description, the bolts are 5/16 - 18. I drilled new 3/8" holes to relocate the legs (due to damage), and tee nuts, bought at the hardware store for $0.65 each.

I bought these legs to repair a broken leg on my Broyhill couch and these fit perfectly. The color is dark brown with a simulated, wood grain texture. The bolt is 5/16 inch diameter, same size as my American made couch. The length is nominally 5 inches long, but actually more like 4 3/4 inches which again, matched my original couch legs exactly. Sizes of the top and bottom of the plastic leg was identical to my original legs and the bolt is held in the leg the same way. Easy replacement as the old leg just screws off and the new leg screws on. The shipping was fast and the item is exactly described by the vender. Will order again from this vender. Excellent service and very good product. I highly recommend both the vender and this product.

When screwing in the legs the plastic reinforcements snapped, I would understand if I was screwing it in tightly but I wasn't they were barely hand tight. I ordered three sets and jimmy rigged them to work for what I needed since I had a big party and seating was integral, since I mod'd them I don't want to deal with the hassle of explaining myself...I will not be ordering these again.If you decide to buy these watch as you are tightening them if there seems to be any strain stop or it will break, they work fine for sitting but long term I would suggest another option.

I was excited to receive so I could place th legs on a recliner, give it a modern appearance. I began to screw one in and about halfway through I wasn't making any progress and realized the screw became detached within the plastic leg. You could actually see white around the screw area on the Brown plastic where it was stressed and then it just detached from the leg so I had to use pliers to remove the screw. . There was no resistance so I thought it was going on smoothly and somewhere in between it just stopped screwing in altogether. Because the plastic has turned white due to the stress of the bolt becoming detached I knew it would appear damaged and I wouldn't be able to return it. I've already put them in the trash and will look for wood legs next time .

Our sofas were still perfectly good, but we are older and they set too close to the floor. I had problems standing up and noticed that some of our older friends that came to visit had the same problem. I found these on AMAZON and was very please with how quickly they arrived. They didn't just go into the existing opening from the old legs, but we were able to buy inexpensive hardware at a local store and make them work. I love them. Now I can sit of the sofas and stand up easily. I have arthritis and have also had a knee replacement. My husband is excited because as he says, "It looks like we have new sofas!"
