Lo compré para hacer unas hamburguesas veganas con azuki. Utilicé 2 cucharadas soperas por 400 grs de azuki y no se notaba el sabor umami en el resultado final. No lo volvería a comprar a menos que encuentre alguna manera mejor de utilizarlo

Utilisation pour soupe Miso... Le produit n a absolument pas la saveur umami. Jai mis genre 3 petites cuillères tellement il n y avait aucun goût ! Au final on ressent tjs aucun goût, et meme une pointe de picotements en bouche, semblable a la presence de poivre ! Cherché l erreur ! J'ai tout jeté a la poubelle. Hors de question de donné ça a mes enfants !
