These have been amazing to help fight off sickness! Especially with how many different things are going around. Not only have these greatly helped my family, but my in-laws swear by these. Totally worth the price! We start taking these at the first sign of any sickness to help the body gets what it needs. So much goodness in one bottle! I was in the thick of a cold when I tried these for the first time. Within two days, I was just about back to par!

I have used this so many times when feeling a cold coming along or even when I am around who happen to be sick. It keeps my immunity up and I was told by my integrative medicine doctor to use this during cold/flu season. It has really helped my sinus infection too!

My excellent Naturopath recommended this product when I had pneumonia. After two rounds of strong antibiotics, I was a mess. When I was able to visit him in another state, he gave me some things to do on my own, such as nettie pot, etc. He said, "Take 2 of these 4x a day and your congestion will be gone in 4 days." It was! I was as sick as a person could get with pneumonia, bronchitis, sinus infection, etc. I got a hotel room for rest and isolation, took the EHB on schedule and was astonished at the results. Today, I continue to suffer with chronic health issues. However, I'm no longer without a bottle of EHB. I take them as directed on the bottle, and they help me immensely. If I feel a cold coming on, or a bit run down, I'm diligent about taking them. I would never recommend any supplement to take the place of eating 'clean', exercise, plenty of filtered water, etc. However, as a supplement to those pieces, EHB has changed my life. I have recommended this product to many. People have to want to get better, or be willing to try something, though. A world traveler friend gets very sick during and after excursions from 'stale air' in jets, cruise ships, and from coming into contact with so many people. I truly believe EHB would either prevent, or lessen the severity of the weeks of deep infection she endures. She doesn't believe, so more's the pity. If something healthy and pure is recommended, I am motivated to try it. I hope you will also.

Great product - suggested by GP ( alternative Doctor) but regimen he gave was intense compared directions on bottle. So glad to have my Dr. . Daughter possibly had strep throat - traditional dr. Wanted her to start immediate antibiotic when both rapid and long term culture came out negative - she’s better off in the longer run and throat starting feeling better immediately ❤️ This is a must have in your cabinet for any type of viral infection

Pricey but this stuff is awesome. Don't worry yourself out about covid or any cold or the flu if you are in good metabolic health and have this stuff on hand! Just support your immune system in the commonsensical ways... Nothing novel about that! I don't take this regularly, but when I feel I'm coming down with something, I add it in to my routine of D3, zinc, C, and L-lysine and it does the trick. Supporting your immune system gives better protection than any mask you could ever buy ;)

My immune system was weak! I kept getting colds, runny nose, clearing my throat or tickle cough 6+ months. Went to doctor's! Nothing seemed to help including amoxicillan or cold cough pills, so I tried this. It worked! Have it on AMAZON monthly subscription on my second bottle haven't had any of the above symptoms, no colds for 3 months now. Why not if it doesn't work for you, you will still have a cold. If it does workout goodbye runny nose, cough, fatigue.

While I can't prove it, I think this stuff stopped the gain-of-function you know what in its tracks. Twice. Needless to say I am keeping a full bottle of this on hand at all times and with me traveling. Most supplements I cannot say for sure if they are working..its kind of blind faith. Not so with I.T. brand- I have also used their Panplex product with documented success. I believe in this company. Not cheap, but worth it to me for products that work!
